Windswept Beer - Best When You've Earned It

Did You Know

New England IPAs have grown in popularity and is definitely a style here to stay. Its origins are said to have come from breweries in Vermont but as with all new trends and styles, there are claims from several different places. So what makes a NEIPA so different from an IPA? Well it’s all about the hops and the haze. This style commands a high hop content to give a beer that’s juicy and fruity with low bitterness. The haze comes from all the hop oils at the dry hopping stage (again to pack that hoppy punch) as well as being unfiltered.
