Windswept Brewing Co is a small independent craft brewery in Lossiemouth, on the north coast of Moray.  We produce a diverse range of traditional and contemporary, award winning, craft beers for both the domestic and export market.  We have a small, hardworking and supportive team who work closely together to create the best in craft beer and craft beer experience. We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Brewery Sales Administrator to join our ever growing team.

Some of the job requirements listed below:

  • Manage the weekly call list of existing on- and off-trade customers. Build relationships and maximise opportunities. Develop and grow accounts over time through offering new products and introducing yourself to potential new clients too.
  • Order processing of all orders onto Brew-man and support with online shop order fulfilment and despatch.
  • Be the first point of contact for all types of customers, including direct consumers. This also includes general Brewery enquiries, which will be referred to the relevant team member.
  • Manage the Brewery’s primary email inbox, dealing quickly and effectively with all enquiries.
  • Handling basic service queries from individual customers regarding the Brewery’s products, tours, taproom enquiries.
  • Provide end-to-end sales administration support across multiple channels, including consumer direct, wholesalers, supermarkets, export, pub groups and other corporate customers.
  • End of day cashing up and entering SAGE
  • Liaising with the warehouse team, organising deliveries and collections with our hauliers, and completing Brew-man delivery runs in partnership with our driver.
