LOCAL HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
We are looking at lots of different ways to ensure you can get your fix of Windswept beers. If you can’t get to your local Windswept stockist or having to self-isolate or stay at home then we are starting a temporary free* Home Delivery service for postcodes that start IV30, IV31, IV32 and IV36. *Please note that to qualify for free delivery, the minimum order is £20.
How to order?
Just head to our online shop and select the beers you would like. When you put in your delivery address the system should automatically recognise your postcode and deduct the delivery costs.
Do I need to order in case or multiples of 12 bottles?
Our free delivery offering is for a minimum order of £20 – you can pick and mix up to that amount. If your order comes to less than £20 then this is no problem however the delivery will revert to our standard price of £6.98 and it will be sent out via ParcelForce instead.
When will my order be delivered?
The Windswept team are aiming to get the orders delivered within 3 – 4 working days – this will depend on the volume of orders and staff availability. We are starting this as a trial so please bear with us as we understand how best to run this scheme! We will email you the next working day after your order with an update for estimated delivery date. Please note if you order on a Friday then it may be Monday before you hear.
When will my order be delivered?
Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday and we will give a confirmation of delivery date in an email after you place your order. Please let us know where you would like your order left if you are not going to be in or would prefer not to come to the door. Please make sure it is a safe place. We want our deliveries to be non-contact so we won’t ask for a signature.
Can I track my order?
No – but please just call the office on 01343 814310 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update.
Can I collect my order?
If you would prefer to collect your order then let us know in the notes sections when you order. Alternatively please email email@example.com or call 01343 814310 for further information.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us asap by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01343 814310 and we will endeavour to arrange cancellation prior to shipping.
Unfortunately if an order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices include UK duty and VAT at a rate of 20%, unless otherwise clearly stated. Any delivery charges are additional to the unit price displayed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept payment by Visa and MasterCard.
Are there any active discount codes or special offers?
This is all quite new to us so not at the moment. We may run discount codes or special offers at a later date so sign up to stay in touch or keep an eye on our social media for special offers. We reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice.
What happens if my ordered items are out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping to discuss alternative products or refund options.
